When it does rain, it comes on suddenly and can be somewhat strong, however it usually ends just as quickly as it begins. On the bright side the rain cools the air for the evening. Also with rain comes lush landscapes and tropical flowers. Mexico's high season begins around December and continues to March or April, which is around Easter. The low season begins the day after Easter and continues to mid-December; during the low season, prices may drop a great deal.
